All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and already include taxes.
I accept online payments by Credit Card and Paypal.
Please note that our online store is primarily intended for the needs of private customers. For this reason, it is not possible for us to subsequently issue invoices, receipts or VAT statements for your online orders.
Shipping
Les frais d’expédition sont à la charge de l’acheteur. J’applique les tarifs de la Poste Suisse. La livraison est gratuite au-delà de 100.- d’achat.
Shipments are made by the Swiss Post in the form of small parcels, whether for Switzerland or internationally. Any delay in delivery, loss of package, damaged package is not my responsibility.
Products in stock are shipped every two days (working days).
Custom orders are shipped within several days (the time it takes to complete your order). I will contact you for each order to keep you informed of the progress.
Returns and Refunds
Personalized products (with first name and / or choice of a particular fabric or a particular model) will not be returned or exchanged.
The costs of returning the product are your responsibility.
The product must be returned in its packaging, new and with all accessories if there are any. No refund will be made if this is not the case.
The refund will be made by the same payment method as the purchase within 14 days after receiving the returned product. Commission fees will be deducted from the refund, 5% of the total amount of your order.
Intellectual property
The content of the website (technical documents, drawings, photographs, etc.) remains the property of the seller, the sole holder of the intellectual property rights over this content.
Buyers agree not to make any use of this content.
Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and is liable to constitute an offense of counterfeiting.
